Welcome to Coach-Align
I am embarking on this new adventure in Career Coaching with much excitement. Helping women investigate and seek out personal growth has been a passion of mine for some time now. I have always felt and indeed experienced that there are challenges unique to women throughout the life of a career. Because of my familiarity with many of these challenges, I have chosen to direct the primary focus of my work toward women of all ages.
Career Coaching is the most exciting direction to take my own career, and the best way to make the most of the skills I have acquired. I am in an exciting position in my life that allows me more freedom to do what I am "called" to do rather than what I quot;need" to do. My sons are grown and independent, I am recently married and have the loving support of a life partner to encourage me, and I have gained confidence through my career and life experiences.
The aim of the Coach-Align website will be to present the following;
Commentary written by a variety of women about their unique experiences. These feature articles will highlight the many challenges women engage in during the lifetime of a career. I hope that you will find inspiration, connections and that you will benefit from the wisdom and experience of the contributors.
Resources that will help you explore your questions and investigate your pursuits. Along with links to sites providing practical help for career searches, I will from time to time include information on other forms of professional services to help you along the way.
My Blog, which will chronicle the path of my own personal career journey and the lessons that I've learned and am still learning…hopefully with a good amount of humour.
