Hello All;
I haven't done any blog posting lately as I have taken on a new job. Last May an opportunity came across my desk that I couldn't resist. Having been in the same role for 10 years, I knew it was time to break out of my sleepy routine and give my career a boost of energy. The position has certainly done that for me and more. I have to admit that changing companies required a lot of my energy and focus and I was not able to devote the attention I would have liked to my coaching. However, I am nicely settled in to the position and am redirecting my focus back to Coach-Align. Over the next few posts, I will describe my experience with my career transition....
